Shipping Policy

All custom made to order War bonnets take 4-6 weeks to create and deliver. If you would like a free consultation via phone/video chat to build your custom fedora, send us a message and we will get you scheduled for a 15 minute call.

 

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required on all custom crowns at the time your order is submitted. Your deposit will be forfeited and your custom item will be placed in inventory to be sold if balance owed is not received within 30 days after the final invoice is sent. It is extremely important you measure your head correctly before ordering (See the hat size chart on the site). If the measurement is not accurate, the hat will not fit properly. All Custom Order sales are FINAL and cannot be returned or refunded.

 

Custom hats are specifically made for you and are personalized with your name and date in the sweatband. It is difficult for us to resale a hat with your name in it. Please be aware that all screens and monitors are different and colors of hat felts may vary between devices. We will do our best to accurately display the true colors of the hats. If there is a particular color you're interested in. We are happy to send you a sample of the fur felt.
