Due to the personalized nature of custom-made products, all custom orders are final sale. Once an order has been placed and production has begun, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Custom items are created specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold. Please review all order details carefully before submitting your purchase, including size, color, spelling, and design choices.
