War Bonnet Bespoke Handcrafted Fedordas offers one of a kind, custom made hats. Authentic original artwork, made with quality materials for longevity. Each hat is a unique masterpiece, meticulously handcrafted to reflect individual style and elevate any wardrobe. We provide personalized fittings to ensure a perfect hat experience for every customer.​​​​

Our hats are one of a kind custom made to order by hand. They are made with either 100% rabbit or beaver, or nutria, and some are 50/50% rabbit and beaver. Wool hats are only made by request. Western weights hats are 230 grams and dress weight hats are 160 grams. Various weights can be requested.

Material information:
100% Rabbit felt is water resistant, light weight, and soft
100% Nutria felt is similar to beaver, very fine. In my opinion one of the softest felts.
100% Beaver felt is one of the top quality felts next to chinchilla and mink felt. Beaver felt is 100% water proof.
Rabbit, Nutria, and Beaver felt can be made with 5% to 75% mix. All dark colored rabbit felts are 5% beaver.
All hats have lamb skin sweat bands.
